If you’ve been down to Kirra recently, you’ll have felt something pretty special in the air. People are starting to wind down for the break, and it’s as if the whole suburb is settling into its natural rhythm.

Kirra has that classic Australian surf suburb vibe—surfers heading out at sunrise, locals chatting over coffee after a swim, and plenty of people just soaking up the view from their picnic blankets on the foreshore. The energy is buzzing, and it’s easy to see why so many people can’t wait to call this place home.

On site, things are moving quickly. The scaffolding is still coming down, and this week we say goodbye to the hoist and crane—another step towards the finish line. The stunning pool area is almost there (imagine those first swims after move-in!), and the joinery is just about complete. Inside, tilers are working their way through levels 6 and 7, while carpet and floors are already finished up to level 3.

Completion is scheduled for March 2025, so start dreaming about morning swims at Kirra Beach, walks along the Esplanade at sunset, catching up with neighbours at the local surf club, or simply taking in the stunning outlook from your new balcony.

A quick heads up—our site will be closed from Friday 20 December, reopening on Monday 6 January, so the team can recharge for the final push. We’d like to say a very big thank you to everyone living in the surrounding streets—we appreciate your patience as we bring Rhythm Kirra Hill to life and can’t wait to share the finished result with you soon!

Stay tuned—there’s much more to come! If you’d like to stay in the loop, please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for weekly updates.
