To stay focused he practises yoga and meditation and enjoys a surf and a round of golf at the weekend. But his greatest joy is relaxing and sharing his love of cooking with his three daughters, in particular his passion for French cuisine.

John currently manages our internal sales teams, and he excels at bringing people together through the sales experience. John has delivered multiple residential projects across South-East Queensland, most recently the benchmark development Serenity 4212, a unique waterfront community on the Gold Coast.
John has a keen interest in personal development, always looking for new ways to grow. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, running on the beach, and spending time relaxing with family and friends.

Olya is known for her calm, professional approach as well as her ability to build lasting relationships with clients, developers and industry partners. Over the years, her projects have achieved outstanding results — from strong referral sales to exceptional customer satisfaction scores — a reflection of her ethical, relationship-driven approach.
In her down time, Olya enjoys hiking in the hinterland, long walks on the beach and spending time with her husband and energetic young daughter. She’s also an avid reader with a curious mind and a love of learning.

Vivian enjoys making new connections, exploring opportunities, and building rewarding working relationships. She prides herself on helping clients find exactly what they’re looking for and gets a great deal of satisfaction from delivering a first-class, after-sales service. When she’s not at work, Vivian loves hiking, practising yoga, and cooking up delicious meals with her large circle of old friends.

She began her career in Melbourne in 2012, working in property valuations before moving into residential and commercial sales. Her experience expanded further when she joined a Melbourne developer — and later took her to London, where she specialised in off-plan home sales with Ernest Brooks, a multi award winning real estate consultancy.
Now back in Australia, Natalie brings fresh energy, deep expertise, and a love of helping buyers secure not just a home, but a lifestyle shaped by thoughtful design.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her exploring Brisbane, hiking the hinterland, practising yoga, or relaxing with a good book.

Known for his easy-going communication style, Andy helps people feel at ease while ensuring they’re always well-informed. He currently manages sales at Lakeside Serenity, part of the Serenity 4212 master planned community at Helensvale.
Andy takes great pride in helping clients find the right property and sharing in the joy that comes with it. He believes in working hard and living well, bringing a thoughtful, grounded energy to every interaction.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about staying active, exploring new places, and making the most of everyday moments.

Sinead loves the variety of her role and enjoys being part of a property development project from the ground up. She's an approachable, loyal team player who enjoys cultivating relationships with co-workers and clients alike. With strong communication skills and a flexible approach, she's always looking for new ways to enhance the company brand and help the team grow.
Sinead is very sociable outside of work, spending evenings and weekends with friends and family. She enjoys eating out, walking her dog at the beach, circuit training and practising Pilates.

Val’s career includes media buying for brands such as Apple during the launch of the iPhone and iPad in Australia, as well as National Geographic, Universal Music and the NSW State Government. Her proudest achievement is building and growing her agency, and she is equally passionate about nurturing talent. Since 2008, she has created and delivered digital marketing training for major property organisations and for the Association of Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising, Australia’s peak body for the marketing industry.

Sara’s expertise spans brand development, stakeholder management and digital and social media marketing, allowing her to craft tailored campaigns that consistently exceed client expectations. Collaborative and relationship-focused, Davina works confidently with cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver best-practice digital outcomes. A highlight of her career was being promoted from Account Executive to Account Manager within just eight months at a creative advertising agency — recognition of her capability, drive and client focus.

Since joining CHANNEL in 2021, Amy has excelled at creating campaigns that balance audience connection and financial results.
