Exciting news from Spring Hill — construction at Oria is progressing beautifully, with the Level 4 slab now complete, and a steady rhythm of one new level every three weeks all set to follow.
The build is right on track, with the installation of basements services now underway and detailed work beginning on glazing, joinery and the signature feature façade that will define Oria’s distinct architecture.
Behind the scenes, Keylin and CoStruct are keeping the momentum high — with quality, care, and attention to detail evident in every stage. By the time the building is complete, we’ll have used around 10,300 cubic metres of concrete — that’s a serious amount of structure! So far, we’ve poured 4,831 cubic metres, delivered by an impressive 690 concrete trucks.
We’ve also installed 152 of the 655 precast panels, laid 24,435 individual blocks, and now have the first of 121 custom powder-coated façade panels on site — giving us a sneak peek of Oria’s final look, in real life!
In addition, as part of our commitment to sustainable construction, we’re using Eco Pact low-carbon concrete — helping to reduce environmental impact without compromising on strength or performance.
