October has been an exciting month at Oria, with the building rising atop Spring Hill at an impressive rate.
Level 10 has now been poured, and we’re pleased to share that formwork is underway on Level 11. Reaching double digits marks an exciting milestone as Oria continues its ascent, right on track for completion in early 2027.
Inside, services are progressing well and are currently up to level 8, while outside, the signature Art Deco-inspired scalloped façade panels are being installed and are beginning to reveal the building’s distinctive architectural character.
