Construction at Ombré Robina is powering ahead! Despite the unusually wet winter on the Gold Coast, the Greyburn team has kept momentum strong, and the build is moving steadily towards completion. You can really see Ombré taking shape, and it’s only getting more impressive by the week!
From the drone shots alone, it’s clear how far the project has come — and just how special life at Ombré will be, with stunning outlooks, thoughtful design and residents’ shared spaces all coming together beautifully.
What’s particularly exciting at this stage is how the vision for Ombré is now becoming visible beyond the drawings and renders. The scale of the building, the views from the upper levels, and the details of the shared spaces are beginning to emerge — giving a glimpse of what our buyers will be enjoying every day! Where we’re at:
The next concrete pour will be the first pour of Level 8, and it’s locked in for Friday 5th September. With every new level, the outlook becomes even more spectacular — with views now stretching from Springbrook National Park and Mount Tamborine to Burleigh Hill and the ocean.
On site right now:
- The lift has been delivered, marking another significant milestone.
- The swimming pool has now been sprayed, bringing residents closer to refreshing summer dips and relaxing afternoons lounging in the sun!
- The main fire pump arrived last week.
- Sheetwork to Level 4 started last Wednesday.
- Our site team is going strong, with a record 114 people working on site in one day.
- In total, more than 800 people have now been inducted onto site.
