Spring has delivered a run of perfect building weather, and the Greyburn team has made the most of it! The first section of the roof was poured last Friday — a huge milestone that brings top-out into view and shifts the focus firmly onto the interiors.
Inside Ombré, things are moving fast! Level 4 is fully sheeted across half the building, sheeting has started on Level 5, and framing is underway on Level 6. Kitchens are fully installed on Levels 1 and 2 and underway on Level 3. Plus, both the formwork and blockwork packages are now complete across the whole project — another big tick for the program!
From here, work to the interiors will surge up the building, while the Greyburn team continue work on the façade and shared spaces. In the meantime, you can see the outlook from Ombre´ is magnificent — panoramic views from the Surfers Paradise skyline down to Burleigh Hill, and back across to Springbrook and beyond.
