It’s been an exciting month at Ombré Robina, with around 40 per cent of the scaffolding now removed, revealing more of the building’s softly layered façade with every week that passes. The latest drone footage captures this beautifully, offering a glimpse into just how quickly we’re moving toward the home stretch.
Inside, the walls and room layouts of every apartment are now fully built, giving a clear sense of space and flow throughout the building. In addition, cabinetry and built-ins have been installed up to Level 5, and carpet fitting is underway.
We expect the lift to be fully operational this week, and power to be connected in the days leading up to Christmas — two major milestones that bring the building another step closer to completion. Landscaping begins next week, and the arrival of greenery onsite will add a warmth and softness that will instantly make Ombré feel more like home.
With so much achieved, the Greyburn team are looking forward to a well-earned Christmas break, finishing up on Tuesday 23 December and returning Monday 5 January, refreshed and ready for the final run towards completion.
