We’re pleased to share that Ashwin Property has been appointed to support the marketing and sales of a new residential apartment project in Kirra.
The project will introduce a limited collection of oceanside residences to one of the southern Gold Coast’s most tightly held beachside locations – an area where new residential opportunities are becoming increasingly rare.
This appointment continues our long-standing relationship with Immerse Projects, Greyburn Building Contractors, and BDA Architecture. Together we’ve worked on projects including Ombré Robina, Rhythm Kirra Hill, Tempus Residential Estate at Mudgereeba, and Artisan Parkland Terraces – partnerships built on trust, clear communication and doing what we say we’ll do.
We’re also excited to be working closely with Cris Edwards from Mannigan Edwards, whose interiors are defined by hand-crafted elements and a thoughtful approach to detail.
Kirra has long held a special place on the Gold Coast. With very few new residential opportunities coming to market, thoughtfully designed apartments in this popular beach suburb are attracting strong interest from buyers looking for both lifestyle and long-term value.
