We’re pleased to share our September progress at Lakeside Serenity 4212. It’s been a milestone month on site as we move through the final stages of construction and edge closer to completion of the Lakeside Waterfront Villas.
The villa interiors are now practically complete. The final garage floors have been finished with epoxy coatings, the remaining fixtures and fittings are in, and the last of the carpets have been laid. The team at Resort Homes is busy applying the finishing touches ahead of final inspections to ensure every villa is perfect at handover.
It’s exciting to see all the pontoons in place, and the feature palms planted—bringing the waterfront to life. Landscaping and fencing are well underway, and the entry statement is nearing completion, with just the final signage and gates left to be installed.
Behind the scenes, the development team is now preparing for plan seal lodgement with Council and titles registration. Over the coming weeks, Kylie, our Client Relations Manager, will contact you to coordinate valuations, inspections and settlements.
The next chapter in the visionary Lakeside Serenity 4212 masterplan is now underway and we are pleased to confirm that CoStruct has been appointed as builder for the Lakeside Apartments. The team is now fully mobilised and on site — piling works are already complete, and de-watering and bulk excavation of the basement are coming up next, keeping momentum strong on site.
