Over the past month, so much has happened at Ombré Robina. You can sense it when you walk through the building – it’s no longer just a construction site.
Now you can begin to picture the small, everyday moments. Walking in the front door with a coffee in hand. A swim before the day begins. Inviting friends and family round for an afternoon barbecue.
Bringing it all together
Since our last update, work has been focused on the finishing touches across the building, with trades moving through each area as they complete the final details.
Once this stage is complete, a full building clean will take place, followed by the delivery and installation of furniture throughout the shared spaces.
Shared spaces you’ll love
On the ground level, the residents’ lounge is already starting to feel like somewhere you’ll naturally spend time. The warmth of the finishes, the intricate detail in the brickwork. It’s a space that’s considered and inviting.
The pool area is also coming together beautifully. Cabanas are taking shape, sun loungers will soon be in place, and the covered outdoor kitchen and dining area create a space that feels relaxed, easy, and perfect for entertaining.
Landscaping is complete
Muller Landscaping has done a fantastic job planting out the grounds. All the greenery is settling in well – thanks to the recent rain – with the larger trees already softening the space and giving Ombré a more established feel.
The dog exercise area has been one of those unexpected highlights. With a long strip of grass to throw a ball, as well as a water station, and bench seating, it’s a great place for you to sit and chat with neighbours, and will no doubt quickly become part of the daily routine.
A moment worth acknowledging
It’s been an incredible two years, and a huge amount of effort from everyone involved to bring the vision of Ombré to life.
Seeing it all come together is something we’re all incredibly proud of – and there’s a real sense of anticipation for what’s coming next.
Because the final stage will soon be here. And for our team, it’s the best part of the whole project!
What happens next…
Kylie McErlane, our Client Relations Manager, is currently guiding buyers through the final steps before settlement.
By early next week, everyone will have walked through their apartments and checked that everything is exactly as expected. We’ve even seen a few tears of joy along the way.
Behind the scenes, the team is working closely with the City of Gold Coast and Titles Queensland, with registration expected over the next few weeks.
From there, we move into settlement – and as Kylie says in the video, she’s looking forward to handing over the keys!
Not long to go now, and our buyers will be moving into their brand-new homes.
