Our latest update from Ombré Robina shows the building progressing beautifully, with momentum building steadily each week.
As of last month, we’ve officially reached the halfway mark in the building’s structure—a major milestone that reflects not just progress, but the strength and coordination of the team behind it.
In this month’s video update, you’ll hear from developer John Kearney of Immerse Projects and Aaron Hook from Greyburn Building Contractors. They’ll share more about the positive energy onsite—the camaraderie, the shared focus—and how that’s translating into exceptional results. It’s a true team effort, and the quality speaks for itself.
Here’s a snapshot of where we’re at:
- 45,000 blocks have been laid
- Windows are complete on Level 1 and underway on Level 2
- First delivery of tapware and fixtures has arrived
- Plasterboard for Level 2 has been delivered
- Line marking in B2 is underway
- Personal and materials hoist is now installed
Looking ahead, our final sales release will launch in Spring 2025. As John Fishbourne from Ashwin Property explains in the video, interest in Ombré remains incredibly strong, at a time when demand continues to outpace supply on the central Gold Coast.
The Garden and Horizon Homes are drawing particular attention for their exceptional liveability—three-metre ceilings, expansive layouts, and premium finishes.
