It’s been an exciting few weeks on site at Ombré Robina, with construction progressing rapidly as we move closer to completion and sell-out.
In this month’s video update, we catch up with developer John Kearney and Cris Edwards from Mannigan Edwards Interiors to share the latest progress. We were excited to take the opportunity to walk through one of our ground-level Garden Homes, which features upgraded premium finishes.
Level 1 to 3 have now been fully enclosed, with walls, windows and doors in place. Work has now shifted inside where the interiors are really beginning to take shape.
Our final plasterboard delivery has arrived, and work on cabinetry and built-in furniture is now underway on Level 5 — a stage where the finer details begin to emerge and each apartment’s character comes to life.
Window glazing to Level 8 is complete, transforming each apartment into a light-filled, weather-tight space and marking another key milestone on the journey to completion. And one of the most exciting moments yet — scaffolding has begun coming down, revealing Ombré’s stunning exterior for the very first time.
