We’re excited to share our very first construction update — and we’re pleased to say, we’re off to a flying start!
Oria Spring Hill will soon become home to 132 elegant, two, three and four bedroom, Art Deco–inspired residences across 15 levels — each thoughtfully designed with generous floorplans, high-end finishes, and access to an exclusive rooftop retreat with a resort-style pool, gym, and lush green spaces with stunning views of the Brisbane CBD.
Over the past few months, CoStruct, Keylin’s appointed builder, has completed basement works and is now shifting into the next phase, where Oria’s structure will begin to take shape above ground.
This is where the vision will really start to come to life.
What happened on site last week:
- Steel reinforcement was installed in preparation for the first ground-floor concrete pour.
- The formwork for the ground floor deck is now in place.
- Safety barriers previously used during earlier phases have been removed as the site transitions to the next stage of construction.
- The first pour of the ground floor concrete slab took place yesterday.
What’s coming up next:
- Further steel reinforcement is being installed for the next two ground-floor concrete pours that are coming soon.

Last month’s confirmation that Victoria Park will be home to Brisbane’s new Olympic Stadium has made one thing clear: Spring Hill’s future is brighter than ever. With world-class infrastructure and a once-in-a-generation transformation just around the corner, Oria residents will have a front-row seat to the city’s most exciting decade yet.
