After months of dedication and hard work, Serenity Reserve is almost ready to welcome its first residents! This community has been taking shape piece by piece, and we’re now in the final stretch. It’s been an exciting journey and seeing it all come together is a testament to the vision and effort behind the project.
The construction team at Resort Homes has been working tirelessly to perfect every detail, and here’s where things stand:
Building 23 (Lots 70-73) – This one’s so close! Stone benchtops and appliances are in, the landscaping is nearly complete, and fencing is the next step. Over the coming weeks, the team will be adding the final touches—laying carpets and making sure everything is finished to a high standard.
Building 24 (Lots 74-77) – Timber flooring is done, and the kitchen joinery is coming together beautifully. Next up: robe doors, final fit-offs, and those all-important finishing details.
Building 25 (Lots 78-81) – Landscaping is nearly finished, patio roofs are in place, and the final round of touch-ups is underway to bring this stage to completion.
Building 26 (Lots 82-86) – The scaffolding is down, cladding and high-level painting are complete, and internal linings are in. Staircases are installed, and tiling is progressing well, bringing these homes closer to completion..
Beyond the homes themselves, the final infrastructure is coming together—roadworks, pathways, and landscaping are all in motion to create a welcoming and well-connected community.
What’s next? As we count down to completion, the focus is on quality assurance, ensuring every detail meets the high standards set for Serenity Reserve. Final inspections, detailing, and landscaping will continue in the coming weeks, ensuring everything is in place for move-in.
