We’ve reached an incredible milestone in the building of Rhythm Kirra Hill. At the end of last month, the final level was poured, marking the completion of one of the major stages in construction, with just two roof-level concrete pours left to go!
For those who appreciate the technical details, we used 149m³ of 40mpa concrete for the level seven pour, supported by 17 tonnes of steel. The team set up a massive 50m concrete boom pump on Garrick Street, which pumped the concrete up the 18 vertical metres to level seven. While it caused a bit of disruption, it was all managed smoothly, thanks to eight dedicated controllers. With over 80 workers on-site, it was a busy day that’s for sure!
As for the other levels, progress is moving quickly:
Level six is now fully formed and supporting the new level seven concrete. On level five, the main backbone services are in place, windows are going in, and firewalls are being built.
Moving down to level four, the internal walls are framed, and the detailed services rough-ins are being installed.
Level three walls and ceilings are all sheeted, bathrooms waterproofed, and external walls are rendered and painted with balustrades being installed.
On level two, joinery and stone installations are underway. And on level one, bathrooms are fully tiled.
Meanwhile, our three basement levels are jam-packed with joinery, stone, tiles, and lifts ready for installation.
Our final developer release is now selling, and we have just six apartments remaining. Demand for these stunning two-bedroom homes is strong, with limited, low supply on the southern Gold Coast. With the unbeatable lifestyle this part of the Gold Coast offers, it’s easy to see why.
Locals love the spot — and who wouldn’t? You’ve got incredible events like the Coolie Gold Surf Life Saving Race, one of the most challenging endurance races in surf sports coming up on this weekend. And it’s celebrating its fortieth birthday this year!
Plus, there are the monthly Sunday arts and crafts markets on the beachfront at Queen Elizabeth Park, where you’ll run into friendly faces, pick up local artisan goods, and enjoy some of the best street food on the coast.
Development is now well under construction, so if you buy now, you can move in March 2025!
