We’re thrilled to share some big updates from the team at Ombré Robina. This month marks an important step forward as we officially closed the doors to our display office on 15 January to make way for the Greyburn team to progress to the next stage of construction.
In line with this progress, the apartments will be temporarily removed from sale. They’ll be re-released later this year with updated pricing, reflecting the growing value of this exceptional project and the high demand for quality residences in Robina.

This week, we enter a new and exciting phase of construction as work begins on the podium-level pour, which will take place over four individual pours. We’re also pleased to confirm that construction continues to progress at an incredible pace, and despite the fact we’ve seen some heavy rain recently, we’re still on track for completion later this year.

Rhythm Kirra Hill
Exciting times are ahead at Rhythm Kirra Hill as this stunning development moves closer to completion. The scaffolding is now mostly down, revealing the beautiful architecture that’s been taking shape over the last few months.
While recent heavy rain has delayed some external rendering, we’re pleased to report that internal works are progressing on schedule, keeping us on track for a projected move-in timeframe of April.
As part of our progress, we’re thrilled to share that the pre-settlement process will begin soon. To ensure a smooth and professional transition for our buyers, our Client Relations Manager, Kylie McErlane will be guiding the pre-settlement and handover process.

Serenity Reserve
Construction is in full swing at Serenity Reserve, and we’re excited to share the latest updates as we move closer to completing Stage 3.
Building 23 (Lots 70-73)
We’re seeing fantastic progress with kitchens, vanities, and sanitaryware now installed. Next up, we’ll be adding sleek stone benchtops and fitting the appliances to bring these spaces to life.
Building 24 (Lots 74-77)
The internal linings and beautiful timber stairs are complete, setting the stage for tiling, which is now underway. Once that’s done, we’ll move on to installing the timber floors, adding warmth and character to these homes.
Building 25 (Lots 78-81)
Timber floors are fully installed, giving these homes a polished look. Kitchens are nearly complete, with robe fit-outs underway. The final touches—stone benchtops and appliances—will be added soon.
Building 26 (Lots 82-86)
The frame, roof, windows, and doors are all in place. External cladding is progressing smoothly, and internal linings will begin shortly, bringing us one step closer to completion.
Stage 3 is well underway with all key building milestones reached. Site cabins have been cleared to make way for civil works and final road concreting, with landscaping prep already progressing.

Serenity Lakeside
Construction of the premium waterfront villas at the Lakeside precinct at Serenity 4212 is forging ahead, with Keylin and JV Partner Kinstone Group sharing the construction of these 16 stunning residences on the northern Gold Coast.
With the façade screening to the first villas now complete, the scaffolding is being removed to reveal the breathtaking and uninterrupted water vistas.
On top of this, all frame and roof installations are also complete, with the remaining cladding works being finished and flooring now fitted in most of the villas. Kitchen joinery installations are underway, while the first internal fit-offs and timber decking works are about to commence.
